Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using nicespaceship.ai or nicespaceship.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The Service

NICE SPACESHIP provides an AI agent workflow platform. You can browse blueprints, deploy AI agents, and run missions. The service requires an internet connection for LLM-powered features.

3. Accounts

You can browse without an account. To deploy agents and run missions, you need to sign in via Google OAuth or email/password. You're responsible for keeping your account secure.

4. Free Tier

The free tier includes unlimited access to Gemini Flash (free AI model), 100K tokens for premium models, and 6 agent slots. The free tier may change, but we'll give notice.

5. Paid Services

Token packages and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page. Tokens do not expire. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled anytime.

6. Refunds

Token packages are non-refundable once purchased. Subscription fees are refundable within the first 7 days if you haven't used premium features. Email hello@nicespaceship.com for refund requests.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI agents through NICE is your content. You own it. NICE does not claim any rights to outputs generated by your agents. However, AI-generated content may be inaccurate — you're responsible for reviewing it before use.

8. Acceptable Use

Don't use NICE to:

• Generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
• Overwhelm the service with automated requests (rate limits apply)
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Resell API access without permission

9. Open Source

The NICE platform code is MIT licensed. You can self-host, modify, and distribute it. The hosted service (nicespaceship.ai) and the Blueprint Database are operated by NICE SPACESHIP.

10. Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service depends on third-party providers (Supabase, Cloudflare, LLM APIs) that may experience outages.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
